Momma's Boy

Doug may appear to be a very independent Golden Retreiver between posing for the camera and chasing after Sadie, but he never strayed very far from his momma's watchful eye. While happy to accept belly rubs and pats from absolutely anyone, Doug was most happy when he had Valerie's undivided attention and a camera close by!

Once Doug learned he was actually bigger than Sadie, he decided it would be okay to chase her outside. I love the look of pure joy in both of their faces!

A few photos of sweet Doug, my very Golden nephew, at just seven months old. I love that he looks like a full-grown dog in some photos and in others he is pure puppy! One thing is for sure - he sure knows the click of a camera shutter!
